Red Wine made out of the traditional castes of the region, has taste and flavour of forest fruits. Planted in simple string, it shows a good compromise between acidity and the gorwn of the maturation conditions. Ideal dor serving with sardines, lamprey or the traditional "Cozido à Portuguesa".

White Wine made of the traditional castes Trajadura and Arinto. It is made in steel reservoir at low temperature to extract the variety of flavours. It tastes like tropical fruits with a long ending. Ideal to go along with cold meats, fish and seafood. Must be served between 8 and 12ºC.
